Amazon is looking for a Key Account Manager to join its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.Your role will be focused on managing top strategic accounts to help them grow their business on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon's products, services, systems and tools. You will have an important role on relationship building and engagement making sure accounts are performing as expected and have your support for development.Lastly you will be responsible for using feedback from sellers to identify opportunities to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems and tools.Key job responsibilitiesManage a set of strategic and relevant accounts for Amazon to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targetsBe a partner for Key Accounts providing them with -driven insights and advice to optimize their success on AmazonWork closely with merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer ExperienceEnable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standardsLearn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchantsTrack and report development results, analyze, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchantsPrioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environmentBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experienceExperience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting rolesExperience in cold calling, prospecting and qualifying companies or equivalentPreferred QualificationsExperience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive levelExperience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalentOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
