Role Overview

About this Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT professional to fill the role of EUX Specialist. This key member will be responsible for efficiently resolving EUX-related incidents and service requests, identifying trends and recurring problems, and developing sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve EUX-related incidents and service requests following FIFO and prioritization
  • Act as an escalation point for OSS (On-Site Support)
  • Identify trends and recurring problems to determine underlying causes and solve problems at the source
  • Develop Sustainable EUX Solutions with Complete, scalable, robust, consistent, at the right TCO, and minimizing the cost of change
  • Engage and give inputs in creating the roadmap of EUX expertise domain and communicate it with stakeholders
  • Define and monitor the obsolescence treatment plan for the EUX expertise domain
  • Define and align to the principles, standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines (Data, Integration, BI, Infrastructure, Security)
  • Establish standards and framework across Built, Deploy and Support
  • Understand business operations, challenges, and evolving opportunities to effectively advise business partners and anticipate their needs
  • Support business partners in identifying EUX solution opportunities with collaboration of the global architecture team and EUX SMEs
  • Work with IT Infrastructure leadership in defining the EUX roadmap of the future

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 5 years' of work experience in a similar role
  • Self-motivated, committed and a good team player
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Customer-centric, service mindset
  • Passion for learning and a deep understanding of EUX technologies
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Passion for solving problems
  • Knowledge of ITIL and experience in an ITSM tool would be an added advantage
  • Collaboration mindset with business and different IT counterparts in the group
