About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and open-minded individual with strong Functional Application Management capabilities to assist in strategic transformations and further enhance core applications within the organization. As an essential member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure business continuity, uphold IT standards, and enhance user and business satisfaction.

In your upcoming role as Application Manager SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality and efficiency of system solutions
  • Managing incident resolution and preserving application integrity
  • Upholding service level agreements and aligning applications with regional business requirements
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for vendors and the user community
  • Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with IM processes
  • Participating in change advisory board meetings and executing changes/enhancements
  • Supporting key user training and conducting regular customer visits
  • Collaborating on project transitions and optimization initiatives

We believe you possess:

Strong Functional Application Management skills to facilitate strategic change and enhance core applications within the organization.
As a crucial member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, you will work collaboratively with the team to promote business continuity, IT professionalism, and user/business satisfaction.
Required qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Functional Application Management
  • Experience with Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
  • Understanding of HR processes such as Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management
  • Certification in system maintenance/configuration/customization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with IT standards such as ITIL, Cobit, and CMM
  • Certification in system maintenance/configuration/customization
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules
  • CPI or CIG certification
