Corporate Finance Analyst Role

This is a challenging role for individuals who are passionate about finance and analysis. As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for performing credit analysis on a portfolio of issuers within the Corporate Finance Group.

The role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and analytical skills to assess the creditworthiness of companies. You will work closely with Lead Analysts to develop your skills and knowledge in this area.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing preliminary credit analysis to support ratings, research, analytical outreach, and presentations
  • Reading legal documents and contracts to understand issuance terms, structures, covenants, and guarantees
  • Preparing financial spreadsheets and charts, analyzing data, building, and updating financial models and analytical tools
  • Identifying trends in data and applying judgment to form well-rounded credit conclusions

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of asset classes, rating teams, and methodologies as part of your career progression. A background in corporate finance, accounting, and financial analysis is highly valued.
