About the Role

The Capital Projects Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, administering, and coordinating new or revised project goals and objectives. This includes managing projects to leadership-approved goals, timelines, and budgets; managing contractors to the terms of agreement; and developing and scheduling project work plans in accordance with specifications, objectives, and funding limitations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure all contributing parties remain on task, on time, and on budget.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of related work experience.
  • 12 years of related work experience may be substituted in lieu of educational qualifications.
  • Experience in academic and/or healthcare capital project management strongly preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certified.
  • 30-hour OSHA certified.
