Senior System Administration Leader

As a System Administrator Manager, you will lead the system administration team in safeguarding its health, hiring top talent, and putting them in the best position to succeed.
You will own the delivery of product commitments and always look to improve productivity. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and product managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the web hosting monitoring team is always ready;
- Develop long-term engineering solutions for web hosting services;
- Coach, onboard new team members, and provide day-to-day leadership and supervision;
- Foster technical decision-making on the team but make final decisions when necessary;
- Analyze system performance and solve complex technical issues;
- Plan and deliver team KPIs and find ways to increase team efficiency and performance;
- Coordinate and automate deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of systems and services;
- Identify service problems from the client's side and advise colleagues on difficult cases;
- Monitor and optimize system performance using Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and other tools;
- Ensure uptime of critical services;
- Implement retention strategies and downtime handling procedures;
