Nossa empresa está procurando por um profissional para apoiar o time de Finanças na gestão da logística reversa de equipamentos.

Aqui estão os principais desafios e responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar a gestão de desempenho das empresas parceiras responsáveis pela logística reversa;
  • Acompanhar a realização correta da atividade e o desempenho dos prestadores de serviço de recolhimento;
  • Gerenciar os resultados do setor, acompanhando e aprimorando indicadores de qualidade e produtividade;
  • Planejar, administrar e organizar fluxos relacionados à logística reversa, desde o cancelamento do cliente até o retorno do equipamento para a planta;
  • Analisar problemas, identificar suas causas raiz e elaborar planos de ação;
  • Mantener comunicação ativa com áreas internas para execução do fluxo de ordens de retorno;
Requisitos:
  • Formação acadêmica em Administração, Economia ou Engenharia;
  • Experiência em logística e gestão de terceiros;
  • Perfis analíticos e visões estratégicas;
  • Pacote Office avançado;
