Responsibilities
  • Lead and standardize technical management processes for Oracle SaaS and PaaS projects across Global Delivery Centers.
  • Effectively manage complex technical projects spanning across multiple technologies and functional areas.
Qualifications

A professional with experience in the development, customization, and maintenance of digital assistants using the Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) platform.

  • Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)
  • Integration with systems via REST APIs
  • Backend and webhook development using
  • Consumption of REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience with OAuth2 and JWT authentication
  • Familiarity with JSON and YAML
  • Desirable: knowledge in conversational UX and dialogue design
