We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing solutions that ensure functionality, maintainability, and speed, always considering best practices and software testing. It is important to understand the impact of the solutions developed on the end user and work in a collaborative environment where pairing practices, feedback, and motivation for development are common to all squads. Technical solutions should be aligned with the business strategy, understanding the OKRs and initiatives related to the product.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, etc.
  • Knowledge of relational databases.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and REST API communication patterns.
  • Experience with the testing pyramid and the ability to write automated tests.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Experience with messaging tools (Kafka, AWS-SQS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Clean Code and design patterns.
