Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Professional to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to students and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discuss disciplinary and student performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and head of department (HOD)
  • Implement the SABIS point system to ensure a conducive learning environment in the classroom
  • Provide support by invigilating exams as needed in an adequate and properly managed exam environment
  • Support academically low-performing students to improve their motivation and academic achievement
  • Develop and/or follow external exams preparation by going through past papers as planned in the structured revision schedule (when applicable to specific grade)
  • Aid in duties such as testing children, substituting for absent teachers, organizing children for lunches and buses, controlling traffic, and other administrative duties assigned by school management
  • Prepare and participate in activity plans for student life-related events such as art, open house, and physical education in coordination with the student life coordinator
  • Attend training sessions when needed and as per the request of school management to enhance understanding of the SABIS system and improve performance
Ideal Requirements
  • Pedagogy degree required
  • MS Office necessary components
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
