Job Title:
Sr Analyst - Functional and Technical Expertise

As a Sr Analyst, you will provide functional and technical expertise on finance SaaS and automation. You will be responsible for design, development, deployment, further evolution, and support of global applications products to business users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage demand with the business, including addressing escalation of incidents/requests/problems/demands from business
- Involvement in transformational programs/projects to provide functional and technical expertise, collaborating with since the design until go live of products
- Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence
- Development management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model development excellence
- Strong collaboration with business to translate business functional requirements into actual practical and working IT solution specifications
- Manage and execute technical design, development, and configuration activities for products and services on Finance SaaS and Automation Team

Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required
- Strong finance system support knowledge, preferably on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
- Understanding of business operations processes
- Preferred finance system support experience or same functionality products and services
- ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Proven leadership and influencing experience with key stakeholders
