Job Summary

The role of HR Service Administrator is pivotal in delivering exceptional employee experiences. Key responsibilities include analyzing payroll data, applying collective agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Analyze payroll data for accurate calculations of vacation time, resignations, payroll, and social charges.
  2. Apply relevant union clauses in accordance with collective agreements.
  3. Evaluate and ensure adherence to legal requirements related to payroll, including DIRF, RAIS, CAGED, Conectividade Social, and e-Social.

Required Skills and Expertise
  • Proficiency in all personnel department functions.
  • Knowledge of key payroll systems, including DIRF, RAIS, CAGED, Conectividade Social, and e-Social.
  • Understanding of collective agreements and the application of union clauses.
  • Experience in high-volume personnel activities, managing large employee bases.
  • Familiarity with shared service centers and proficiency in SAP Folha.
  • A strong analytical profile, commitment to results, and teamwork spirit are essential for success.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactor system and experience in BPO services and process improvements.
  • Background in payroll projects, driving efficiency and accuracy.
