Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our innovative and dynamic team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex system issues and ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements.

You will act as a bridge between business operations and IT, working closely with technical teams to improve system performance and address technical challenges.

Your strong technical expertise and communication skills will enable you to successfully collaborate with both IT professionals and business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Manage and prioritize ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication of technical solutions.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements to enhance system performance.
  • Provide ongoing support for ERP systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and system functionality.
  • Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to recommend system improvements and technical solutions.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to work with international clients and technical teams.
  • Experience with Tableau for creating reports and visualizations is a bonus.
