Expert BSS Solution Designer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of Telco BSS solutions. As a Senior BSS Solution Architect, you will be responsible for guiding solution delivery and pre-sales efforts, representing Netcracker as a Subject Matter Expert to customers and supporting the Sales team throughout all phases of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in all stages of sales and delivery processes for BSS solutions.
- Contribute to the technical aspects of responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Collaborate with multiple Account Executives to support opportunity qualification.
- Deliver presentations to prospective customers and partners based on knowledge of industry trends, standards, and Netcracker solution expertise.
- Develop product demonstrations, including specification, testing, and delivery.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality product and architecture presentations and demonstrations.
- Demonstrate advanced product concepts.
- Support account teams in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Represent Netcracker as a general industry Subject Matter Expert.
- Experience delivering solutions to a Telco Provider.
- 10+ years working at a Telco or Systems Integrator vendor with strong technical/architectural knowledge of BSS solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of major industry standards: eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, OSS/J, MTOSI, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Communications Service Provider business in Retail and B2B domains, wireless and wireline services.
- Demonstrated knowledge in major BSS functional areas: Channels, Customer Care, CPQ, Product Catalog, Fulfillment, Billing, OCS.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, plus strong strategic and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve complex technical problems in complex environments.
- Professional presence and ability to interact professionally with customers at all organizational levels.
- Well-developed knowledge of the global telecommunications marketplace.
- Nice to have: knowledge of one or more major local, access, or backbone network technologies.
- Nice to have: IT and/or software development experience in cloud solutions, DevOps, customer-facing applications, large-scale mission-critical systems, network management systems, or large-scale system architecture.
- Fluent in English.
