Job Description

This senior-level position is responsible for leading the delivery of BSS solutions to telco providers. The role involves working with multiple account executives to support opportunity qualification and deliver presentations to prospective customers using knowledge of industry trends, standards, and Netcracker solution expertise.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering solutions to a Telco provider and possess strong technical/architectural knowledge of BSS solutions. They should also be familiar with major industry standards and have a demonstrated understanding of Communications Service Provider business in Retail and B2B domains, wireless and wireline services.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience delivering solutions to a Telco provider
  • 10+ years working at a Telco or Systems Integrator vendor with strong technical/architectural knowledge of BSS solutions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of major industry standards: eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, OSS/J, MTOSI, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Communications Service Provider business in Retail and B2B domains, wireless and wireline services
  • Demonstrated knowledge in major BSS functional areas: Channels, Customer Care, CPQ, Product Catalog, Fulfillment, Billing, OCS
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, plus strong strategic and analytical abilities
