Senior ServiceNow Developer
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaborative design workshops to ensure alignment with industry best practices
- Develop ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs and validate requirements
- Proactively propose creative solutions to overcome business challenges and technical roadblocks
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support workshops and proof-of-concept designs
- Execute hands-on technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, encompassing design, development, testing, and implementation
- Contribute to the development and growth of services offered by The Cloud People
- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of ServiceNow project implementation experience
- Proven ability to participate in customer-facing workshops
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, development, and best practices
- Hold the ServiceNow Certifications, including the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification as a fundamental requirement
- Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript
- Has worked with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
Bonus:
ServiceNow CSM implementation experience
