Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle by providing technical expertise and guidance to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and ensuring seamless integration of product offerings with client requirements.

You will work closely with our sales teams to conduct sales and solution presentations, design and deliver customized solution demonstrations, and assist in the creation of RFP and RFI responses. Additionally, you will maintain an expert-level understanding of our products' functionality and technical architecture.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience or equivalent education.
  • Team Orientation: Strong team orientation with a history of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
