Technical Solution Professional

We are looking for a technical solution professional to collaborate with our team in shaping global communications of the future.


This role involves acting as a mediator between us and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solutions and expertise.


You will participate in activities related to product proposals, deployments, connectivity, integrations, and solution design and delivery for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong knowledge of all technical aspects of our products and solutions.
  • Understand customers' businesses and identify which of our products can help them evolve their business.
  • Integrate our Products into clients' systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP, and other solutions over CPaaS, SaaS services).
  • Identify new and innovative use cases for our products and solutions.
  • Build solid relationships with sales and technical teams.
  • Conduct demos, POCs, and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and document meeting minutes summaries.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction during project implementation.
  • Collect technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans.
  • Deliver detailed and accurate technical documentation.
  • Handle technical and security questionnaires.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles (nice to have).
  • Experience in a technical role in the telecom industry (nice to have).
  • Proficient level both written and spoken in English.
  • Engineering background and passion for IT and technology.
  • Proactive and creative approach to attend to clients' needs.
  • Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.
