Technical Solutions Experts Wanted

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support to our customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our Loyalty Platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain detailed technical profiles for assigned customer accounts.
  • Function as a frontline technical resource, providing best practice guidance and answering customer questions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incoming support inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to advocate for customer needs, driving speedy issue resolution.
  • Lead technical implementations and expansion efforts, including setting up new campaigns and coordinating/monitoring new traffic.
  • Assist customers with transaction research, answer questions about our Loyalty platforms, and resolve technical inquiries.
  • Contribute to Performance & Transaction Monitoring, and Business Review processes.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering & Product Management on product roadmap discussions, advocating for customer needs.
Requirements
  • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills, with a proven ability to establish and deepen partnerships with customers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of loyalty product strategy and vision, with the ability to drive technical execution.
