Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for resolving technical doubts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex technical problems and provide expert-level support to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with fellow Support team members to resolve incidents and improve processes.
  • Identify priorities for support cases and ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our Support service by sharing insights and proposing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • More than 4 years of experience in support-related positions.
  • Demonstrated interest in the technical field and development/automation.
  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working in agile environments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Conversational English is required (Must).
  • Intermediate SQL skills.
  • Remote collaboration capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of programming languages is desirable (no development experience required).
