Expert Technical Advisor Role

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical advisor to support our sales team in providing expert-level guidance on our solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with our sales and alliance teams to deliver customized solution demonstrations, drive new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer support.

The Work You'll Do:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the functionality and architecture of our products.
  • Conduct client discovery processes to identify and address client challenges and needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and pain points related to compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Work closely with our sales team to design and deliver solution presentations for strategic clients.
  • Design and deliver customized solution demonstrations using our SaaS solutions and services.
  • Drive new business opportunities through alliances and upsell existing client relationships.
  • Assist in creating RFP and RFI responses for prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
  • Customer-facing experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
