Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Professional to join our Global Virtual Engineering (GVE) team. As a key member of our award-winning pre-sales engine, you will work closely with our sales engineers and customers to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions for customers.
  • Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to sales engineers and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Network Engineering, Computer Programming, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT, networking, technical sales, or related fields (university degree not required).
  • Strong passion for technology, including Python and object-oriented programming.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Able to legally live and work in the country without visa support or sponsorship.
