Job Title: Application Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a passion for excellence, background in tooling & machining industry, and ability to build effective working relationships with end customers and distributors.

The role involves taking the customer order, fulfilling delivery of technical solution and sales support, growing share of wallet at maintain, strengthen and develop customers, and providing new product and service introduction to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Taking the customer order
  • Fulfilling total delivery of technical solution and sales support

In addition to these main duties, the Application Specialist will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating interaction between technical and commercial departments of the company
  • Preparing integrated solutions for customers
  • Visiting current and potential accounts
  • Providing new product and service introduction to customers
  • Recommending products and services that fit well with clients' business needs during solution offer
Requirements:
  • Broad technical knowledge in metal cutting tools
  • Strong competence in area of expertise
  • Structured and organized business orientated approach
  • Ability to manage customer requests and business issues effectively
  • Ability to listen to customers and sales project teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software programs
  • Knowledge in digital technologies in metalworking (industry 4.0)
