As a key member of our IT team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless IT operations across regions.

Job Summary
  • Provide on-site technical assistance for business customers, managing desktops, installing, moving, upgrading or decommissioning equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and support server housing, LAN cabling and office moves to guarantee smooth IT performance.
Main Responsibilities
  • On-Site Support: Deliver hands-on technical assistance for business customers, overseeing the management and maintenance of desktops and other equipment.
  • Asset Management & Tracking: Oversee the tracking and auditing of IT assets, adhering to global processes.
  • Server & LAN Support: Troubleshoot and support server housing and LAN cabling to ensure uninterrupted IT services.
  • Office Moves: Collaborate with facilities teams on office relocation planning, providing necessary IT support for successful transitions.
  • Emergency Support: Be available for on-call support during critical incidents outside regular working hours.
  • Collaboration with Global Teams: Work closely with the Global Service Desk (GSD) to handle user requests, incidents and ensure services meet agreed-upon SLAs.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, upgrades and servicing.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficient with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals.
    • Basic server and network troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with Active Directory and file/print services.
    • Knowledge of office applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to efficiently manage and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the importance of IT services to business operations and customer satisfaction.
