Operational Support Specialist

This opportunity is for an administrative and operational support role. The candidate will provide a holistic view of the business and all sectors, helping the company make more assertive decisions with greater returns.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze success indicators and identify operational failures to improve processes.
- Contribute to the management of other areas of the company, such as HR, Finance, Sales, CS, and Marketing.
- Prepare reports for internal areas to ensure important insights and necessary developments.
- Research, analyze, and generate reports in Excel for decision making; prepare, complete, and edit Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
- Identify potential bottlenecks for current processes and implement changes.
The estimated process time is 10 days.
Minimum Requirements- Business Administration (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
