We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support and Operations Specialist. This dynamic role combines primary responsibilities in Helpdesk support with secondary involvement in global operations.

The ideal candidate will possess nearly perfect English skills (C1+ minimum), 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing or support role, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities. They will also have a proven track record of ownership and task follow-through, resourcefulness, and problem-solving mindset. Bonus qualifications include experience with Amazon Seller Central and technical background or comfort with tech troubleshooting.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone. You will assist with scanner setup, programming, and troubleshooting, escalate complex cases when necessary, and maintain accurate customer logs and records. Additional operational support responsibilities include tracking global shipments, supporting e-commerce operations, managing worldwide stock levels, and assisting with new order placements and preventing stockouts.
