We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team.

About the Role
  • Analyze employee productivity by task and identify performance gaps.
  • Manage the Master Plan across tasks, processes, units, and simulate future production volumes and extra capacity needs.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to explore and implement innovative solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and CAPEX initiatives focused on profitability while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and cost objectives.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial processes, preferably in the food industry.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing, routine management tools (SDCA) and improvement projects (PDCA).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Based in Aparecida de Goiâñnia or willing to relocate.
