About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing employee productivity by task, identifying performance gaps, and benchmarking against industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze employee productivity by task and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to explore and implement innovative solutions
  • Drive process improvements and CAPEX initiatives focused on profitability, while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and cost objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial processes, preferably in the food industry
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing, routine management tools (SDCA) and improvement projects (PDCA)
  • Previous experience with production planning, chrono analysis, efficiency and headcount optimization, cost control, and operational excellence
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Based in Bandırma or willing to relocate
