About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accounting Specialist to join our team at Roman Health Pharmacy Llc. As a key member of our Accounting department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and accounting reports.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Participate in tax calculations and compliance with fiscal obligations.
  • Assist in the accounting close process and internal and external audit processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with the company's accounting and financial policies.
  • Conduct variance analysis and reconcile accounting discrepancies.
  • Support the implementation of accounting systems and processes.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting or tax consulting company.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
  • MS Dynamics experience (not a must).
  • Excel skills (advanced).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Interpersonal skills (including professionalism and cooperative attitude).
