Cosmetics Career Starter Programme

This exciting opportunity is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively promote and sell Cosmetics & Beauty products — all through excellent, consistent customer service.

  • Ensure stock on shelves has not reached sell by dates. Participate in department stock takes when requested.
  • Maintain high standard of cleanliness, merchandising and displays must be maintained in both window area and throughout the store.
  • Provide friendly, helpful and courteous assistance and advice to all customers.

Key Competencies:

  • Knowledge of promotions, personal selling, sales targets and customer liaison knowledge.
  • English – Read, write and speak well.

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • South African citizen.
  • Be able and willing to work retail hours.

Remuneration:

Stipend.
