">About the Role
">We are looking for a Sourcer Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and participate in various projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are seeking proactive, dynamic individuals and team players with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and marked attention to details. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.

- Be responsible for the sourcing process, including publications on portals, headhunting, and CV filtering.">
- Understand the requirements of each vacancy to carry out the headhunting process according to these needs.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 1 year of work experience.">
- A knowledge of the IT market.">
- Excellent communication skills.">
- Great self-management capacity.">
- Studies in Human Resources, psychology, or related careers.">
- An advanced English level.">
