The Role

The Business Analyst - Marketing will support and manage key business and communications projects for Lay's, Lay's Rústicas, and Elma Shoestring. This role requires maintaining consistency as we grow brand presence in consumers' homes and minds in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop reports and analyses to identify opportunities and suggest plans when necessary.
  • Lead Project fronts dealing with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Support development, launch, and tracking of innovation pipeline providing consultation.
  • Coordinate digital content for social media.
  • Responsible for packaging exchange process including Dragonfly platform and internal approvals.
  • Elaborate and present selling stories and pos audit of all initiatives.
  • Support multifunctional initiatives representing the brand in projects' forums.
  • Support brand manager with UCL campaign dealing directly with multifunctional teams around the globe.
  • Lead positive agenda (Replay, F2P, bio-based packaging, etc.).
  • Coordinate marketing contracts with legal and suppliers along with registration of new suppliers and materials.
  • Support team member in her development and activities.
