About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system administrator to join our team as a technical account manager for Red Hat OpenShift solutions. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and implementation consulting to customers on the adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer architectural advice and implementation support to clients for the Red Hat OpenShift portfolio.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their strategic needs and ensure that best practices are applied for the configuration, tuning, and use of our products.
  • Act proactively to monitor customer environments, providing information and insights to facilitate technology adoption, ensuring environment stability, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a support, development, engineering, IT, or quality assurance (QA) organization.
  • Expertise in enterprise cloud solutions, including Platform-as-a-Service (OpenShift by Red Hat), containers, Kubernetes, and IT automation (Ansible by Red Hat).
  • Strong comprehension of enterprise architecture and business drivers.
  • Direct experience with various hardware vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues and projects with shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to travel for customer visits and events within the region.
  • Good understanding of continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related discipline, ideally computer science or engineering.
  • Experience working in DevOps environments.
