**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Perform the management of the team in the area;
Acting in the relationship with customers and in the opportunity of new business;
Manage the processes of technical support and direction of the team's performance, through the service of professionals at the sites in wind and solar energy customers, organizing discussion groups and performance analysis of wind turbines, aiming to present the best solutions to meet the service order;
Identify and propose actions and solutions to innovate practices;
Establish procedures and indicators;
Develop and monitor suppliers, with the objective of reducing costs and maximizing the company's results;
Coordinate and support the process of developing new products and services.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
Bachelor in Electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering;
Fluent English;
Technical knowledge in electronics: being able to independently analyze diagrams of electronic circuits and circuit boards and discover failed components; be able to understand circuit designs, understand the principle of the circuit, have experience working with converters, IGBTs, inverters, etc.
