About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Global Selling Program, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our Service Provider Network (SPN) in Brazil and the rest of Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute SPN and Exports Plan: Create and execute a comprehensive plan to drive the growth of our SPN and exports business in Brazil and the rest of Latin America.
  • Manage Initiatives: Oversee all aspects of initiatives, including strategy building, documentation, planning, messaging, launching, optimizing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Internal and External Teams: Work closely with internal and external teams to identify opportunities and leverage them in creating strong narratives for our audiences.
  • Define Metrics and Track Program Adoption: Define metrics to track program adoption and revisit the plan to improve initiatives focused on targeted goals.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
