New Seller Success Program Manager Job Description

Are you a seasoned marketing professional looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, innovative company? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our New Seller Success team at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive Seller adoption of key success metrics, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Seller Education, and Adoption, to drive NSS goals and initiatives.
  3. Own and manage key metrics, including Perfect Launch, to ensure successful program execution and goal attainment.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Sellers, Sales teams, and internal partners, to drive program success.
  5. Track and report performance of key metrics, providing actionable insights to inform program adjustments and improvements.
Requirements:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a proven track record of driving cross-functional program success. Key qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on program management and strategy.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, with proficiency in Excel and/or Tableau.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving program success and goal attainment.
