Join Amazon's New Seller Success Team as a Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our New Seller Success team in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of key Seller Success metrics, identifying and understanding main Seller pain points, and managing strategy and initiatives to deliver on New Seller Success goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement Feedback Mechanisms: Develop and implement mechanisms to receive regular Seller feedback and drive insights on pain points and adoption of main Seller Success programs.
  2. Define Strategy and Initiatives: Define overarching strategy and key initiatives to meet NSS goals, for long-term success of programs and short-term sprints; adjust and iterate based on Seller feedback and initiative performance.
  3. Collaborate with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales team and key stakeholders across LATAM to drive NSS goals.
  4. Coordinate Education Content: Collaborate with Seller Education and Adoption PMs across LATAM to coordinate education content and strategy to generate awareness.
  5. Track and Report Performance: Track and report performance of key metrics adoption.
Requirements:
  1. 4+ Years of Marketing Experience: 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  3. Excel and Tableau Skills: Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  4. Program Management: Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  5. Customer Research: Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  6. Systems and Tools: Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
