About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance the seller experience and drive scalable recruitment in our marketplace.
  • Own mechanisms for Voice of Seller tracking and be the main bridge with Account Management teams.
  • Define and implement strategy for seller cohorts' verification stages.
  • Drive programmatic short-term solutions to known and emerging issues while working with stakeholder teams on long-term plans for fixes and improvements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
