We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Experience CX Program Manager to lead CX programs in Brazil. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, highly analytical, and have a proven track record of end-to-end ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance the customer delivery experience in a high-complexity, ambiguous environment.
  • Build tracking mechanisms and work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
  • Design and implement programmatic changes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address complex issues.
Requirements
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Solid program or project management experience in a high-complexity environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience in a dynamic business environment.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
