Job Summary
Amazon is seeking an entrepreneurial and results-oriented Program Manager to lead the Global Selling into Latam Seller Experience and Provider Management. This role will be responsible for leading programs to improve the Cross Border Seller Experience, defining high-priority improvements to reach business goals, and monitoring and executing projects on time and with high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead programs to improve the Cross Border Seller Experience and define high-priority improvements to reach business goals.
- Monitor and execute projects on time and with high-quality standards.
- Effectively communicate project progress within the organization.
- Work with internal teams to drive system, tools, and process improvements/implementation that affect purchasing and operations workflow, with an emphasis on automating tasks that are currently performed manually.
- Develop analysis of key business metrics, with an emphasis on developing and executing recommendations for improvements.
- Work with Sales, Tech, and Program teams to enhance selection recommendation tools for international sellers.
- Develop programmatic tools to drive the increase of performance on a specific Cross Border Sales channel.

To be successful in this role, you need to feel comfortable navigating broad and diverse topics such as international trade, importations, marketing, operations, and working with tech teams.
