About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our New Seller Success team in Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. - C41. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of key Seller Success metrics and identifying and understanding main Seller pain points.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement Seller Feedback Mechanisms: Develop and implement mechanisms to receive regular Seller feedback and drive insights on pain points and adoption of main Seller Success programs.
  2. Define Strategy and Initiatives: Define overarching strategy and key initiatives to meet NSS goals, for long-term success of programs and short-term sprints; adjust and iterate based on Seller feedback and initiative performance.
  3. Collaborate with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales team and key stakeholders across LATAM to drive NSS goals.
  4. Coordinate Education Content: Collaborate with Seller Education and Adoption PMs across LATAM to coordinate education content and strategy to generate awareness.
  5. Track Performance Metrics: Track and report performance of key metrics adoption.
  6. Utilize Customer Research and Data: Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  7. Utilize Systems and Tools: Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
