Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Seller Experience Specialist to join our support team in Brazil. This role involves ensuring a seamless interaction between our e-commerce platform and sellers, understanding and addressing their needs, and fostering strong relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Platform Optimization: Proactively identify new features that can improve seller experience and platform usability.
  2. Seller Satisfaction Evaluation: Establish a mechanism to evaluate seller satisfaction, including criteria, indicators, and periodic assessments.
  3. Feedback Collection: Promote and facilitate focus groups with sellers to gather feedback on the platform.
  4. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training materials or webinars to educate sellers on new features, updates, and industry trends.
  5. On-Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to sellers' operations to understand daily activities, processes, and issues, and suggest improvements.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate seller feedback and contribute to the improvement of platform features, policies, and processes.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in seller management/customer service or a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or online marketplace setting.
  3. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Approach: Empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  5. Language: English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus.
