About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Seller Experience Specialist to join our support team in Brazil. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless interaction between our platform and sellers. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying new features that can enhance seller experience and platform usability;
- Establishing a seller satisfaction evaluation mechanism, including criteria, indicators, and periodic assessments;
- Promoting and facilitating focus groups with sellers to gather feedback on the platform;
- Developing and delivering training materials or webinars to educate sellers on new features, updates, and industry trends;
- Conducting on-site visits to understand daily activities, processes, and issues, and suggesting improvements;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate seller feedback and contribute to the improvement of platform features, policies, and processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field;
- Proven experience in seller management/customer service or a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or online marketplace setting;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Empathy and a customer-centric approach;
- English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus.
