About the Role

We are seeking a talented Program Manager to join our Seller Experience team in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining strategies to enhance the verification experience for sellers in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze seller experience pain points for registration and verification
  • Partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance the experience for sellers and internal stakeholders
  • Own and track weekly metrics for callouts, reports, and newsletters
  • Define and implement strategies for seller cohorts' verification stages
About You

We are looking for a strong leader with 3+ years of experience in program or project management, process improvement initiatives, and stakeholder management. You should have a Bachelor's degree and advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL. Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership is a plus.
