Our portfolio includes access to global markets and multiple asset classes, with seamless integration into the operations of regulated financial institutions via APIs or White Label platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support institutional clients across the Americas, including trade execution, platform functionality, and post-trade services;
- Act as a technical liaison for the Sales and Relationship Management teams, offering expertise during client onboarding, demos, and support interactions;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIX/API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows;
- Monitor and manage trade exceptions and escalations in real-time;
- Work closely with global teams (Technology, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all asset classes; and
- Ensure accurate documentation, issue logs, and SLAs.
Selected candidates will work closely with our global teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
