Shipping Coordinator

As a key player in our global operations, you will be responsible for coordinating shipping activities and establishing priority schedules.

The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in unit processes and operations, as well as demonstrated skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Experience working in SAP is also an asset.

• Coordinate shipping departments' activities and establish priority schedules.
• Arrange and contact carriers for product pick-up and delivery, including changes in transportation methods with consideration to service and cost.
• Maintain/create and/or provide data for various shipping reports, inventory locations, etc.
• Manage and control updates in various systems by shipping personnel.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience in unit processes and operations.
• Demonstrated skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience working in SAP is an asset.
• A degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Supply Management, Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience.
