We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Team Lead to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our project department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of designated projects for both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of software consultants and analysts to successfully implement software and achieve team/company goals.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project goals and revenue targets are achieved.
- Identify, communicate, and solve project-related risks and challenges.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective and timely communication, expectations setting, and the consistent delivery of quality work.
- College degree in an applicable field.
- 6-8 years of applicable experience in project management, SaaS solutions, and software implementation.
- 2-4 years of experience in directly managing a team of 4+ resources.
- Proficiency in public speaking, software demonstrations, and presentations.
- Experience with application integrations, MS Excel, and other relevant data applications.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills, deductive reasoning ability, and proven proficiency with technical environments.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Up to 50% of domestic and international travel as required by project schedules.
