Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the growth of our Revolving Credit offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial industry and experience in debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and develop product roadmaps that align with our company's strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centric products and features.
  • Conduct regular discovery and continuous delivery to ensure evolution of functionalities and products based on external and internal market analysis.
  • Deliver concise user stories and epics, design user workflows, and map interaction data.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Advanced English (speaking) proficiency.
  • Experience as a Product Manager in the financial sector.
  • Knowledge in REST APIs, SQL queries, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Agile methodology expertise.
  • Financial Mathematics knowledge.
