**The Opportunity**

We're hiring a Customer Experience Instructional Designer Specialist to join our Customer Experience - Training team in Brazil. This person will provide our frontline teams with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver world-class support.

**Your Impact**

As a Customer Experience Instructional Designer Specialist, you'll be responsible for large-scale curriculum mapping, outlining, design and development. You'll perform content gathering/research and audits, design sequence and scaffold a learning experience, including interface design, navigation, and UX copy. You'll also design standardized learning templates and assets, ensuring consistency in voice, style and brand across deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design and Develop courses ensuring that the functionality is in line with adult learning principles, learning science, UI/UX and learner behavior in a corporate environment;
- Produce clear, concise, and comprehensive learning materials, including storyboards, facilitator's guide, videos, simulations, role plays, infographics and interactive eLearning courses (Level 2 and 3);
- Build formative and summative assessments/quizzes;
- Adjust learning content in response to feedback (reviews) and metrics;
- Play an active role by contributing to the growth and scale of the CX learning programs with innovative design;
- Facilitate TTT;
