Job Title: Immigration Case Coordinator
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Immigration Case Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing immigration applications, affidavits, and supporting documents.
- Translate and summarize Arabic documents into English for legal use.
- Conduct client intakes and maintain regular communication with Arabic-speaking clients.
- Prepare and organize evidence packets and filing materials.
- Track deadlines and monitor case progress using our case management system.
- Coordinate with clients to collect missing information and ensure timely submissions.
- Respond to client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience as a legal assistant, preferably in immigration law.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working remotely and available to work during Pacific Time hours.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management systems.
